DevOps Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate core AWS infrastructure for a production, multi-tenant cloud platform.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines so application teams can ship safely and frequently.
• Lead infrastructure architecture and code reviews, challenging designs that will not scale.
• Automate recurring operational work and create self-service tooling for engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles, including 3+ years working deeply with AWS in production.
• Strong networking knowledge, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, multi-account architecture, AWS Organizations, and SCPs.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD, including GitOps patterns and artifact registries.
• Hands-on experience with observability, IAM policy design, AWS data stores, and least-privilege access patterns.
• Strong Terraform experience covering module design, state management, workspace and environment strategies, and enterprise-scale operations.
• Demonstrated ownership, sound technical judgment, and comfort working in a scale-up with limited guardrails.

Nice to have

• Production Kubernetes experience, including cluster upgrades and workload migrations.
• Experience with policy-as-code, compliance tooling, AWS GovCloud, or infrastructure re-architecture during rapid company growth.
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, CKA, or CKS certification.
