TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Automating testing, release, and deployment for Avid Content Core, a multi-tenant SaaS platform running on AWS EKS, with an accent on GitOps, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation. Focus on progressive delivery, tenant isolation, production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and improving reliability across cloud infrastructure, networking, security, identity, and observability.
Location: Remote in Poland; Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CET
Salary: 185,848.80–278,773.20 PLN annual

What you will do
- Establish GitOps-based continuous integration and delivery using ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
- Implement progressive delivery, blue-green deployments, and canary rollouts with Argo Rollouts.
- Automate multi-tenant provisioning and infrastructure-as-code processes.
- Build tools that reduce errors, improve customer experience, and support per-tenant isolation.
- Provide last-level technical support, perform production root cause analysis, and design troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
- Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and deploying software changes while considering networking, security, identity, and observability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing large and complex cloud environments.
- Experience across development, operations, and full-stack implementations.
- Programming experience in Python, Go, Java, or a similar high-level language.
- Proficiency with AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions or similar CI tooling, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, Istio, and ArgoCD.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and schema migration practices in a microservices environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related subject, or equivalent relevant experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Crossplane or similar GitOps tooling for multi-tenant infrastructure provisioning.
- Familiarity with policy-based authorization using OPA and service mesh security patterns.
