What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned medical record accounts to consistently meet revenue goals.
• Manage staffing activities, including hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling onsite and remote personnel.
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA standards and service agreements for the release of information (ROI).
• Prepare weekly dashboards and month-end performance reports to monitor quality and productivity.
• Perform quality reviews and site evaluations while handling complex medical record requests.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and supply procurement for designated facility sites.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards is required.
• Must be able to take and pass an ROI Certification course (score 85%+) within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to travel to various facility sites as required.
