What you will do
- Lead the strategy, negotiation, and execution of Commercial value-based care contracts with national and regional health plans.
- Oversee the Commercial segment within the Strategic Payer Partnerships team to ensure performance goals are met.
- Evaluate prospective health plan partnerships and negotiate favorable terms for value-based care.
- Direct and coach a team of senior leaders, ranging from Manager to Sr. Director.
- Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the evaluation and negotiation of health plan network participation agreements across lines of business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience with health plans or payer contracting within value-based care.
- 7+ years of experience managing and leading teams.
- Deep knowledge of commercially insured populations.
- Proven track record in business development at local and national levels.
- Must be based in the United States.
