Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead multi-site clinical research operations to drive enrollment and revenue performance.
• Build and coach site leadership teams to ensure consistent and scalable results.
• Manage site staff via weekly 1:1s and monthly on-site productivity visits.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, GCP, and protocol requirements, leading remediation efforts when necessary.
• Collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and stakeholders to provide timely study updates.
• Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives to optimize site performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Life Sciences, or a relevant field.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience.
• 5+ years of site management experience.
• Strong proficiency in GCP, FDA, and HIPAA policies and guidelines.
• Ability to travel to assigned sites on a monthly basis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CTMS, and related systems.

• 3+ years of regional, multi-site management experience.
