What you will do

• Design and implement the national field patient access strategy aligned with launch objectives.
• Build and lead the Patient Access Liaison (PAL) organization, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Enable treatment sites to operationalize therapy through reimbursement education, billing support, and workflow implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Establish KPIs for field effectiveness and provide leadership with insights on access barriers and site readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) preferred.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in patient services within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Significant expertise in field reimbursement, patient access, or market access roles.
• Experience building national field access teams with deep knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement.
• Must have existing employment rights in the United States; the company cannot sponsor employment visas.
