What you will do

• Design and execute the AI-forward Care Teams Management System to integrate Care Team verticals into a cohesive operating model.
• Develop and own the 3-year roadmap and strategic plan for Care Teams Operational Excellence.
• Accelerate performance improvement by establishing methods and tools to eliminate variation and increase consistency across operations.
• Lead horizontal operating departments including capacity planning, data analytics, staffing, and program management.
• Act as Chief of Staff to the Chief Care Delivery Operations Officer, managing leadership agendas and strategic offsites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in the USA.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, health tech, or complex service environments.
• 10+ years of experience in performance improvement practice and scaling operating models.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role at the Director or Vice President level.
• Systems thinking approach to integrate AI into operational workflows while maintaining precision.

Nice to have

• Experience in virtual healthcare or digitally enabled care models.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Lean training or other formal continuous improvement methodology experience.
• Experience managing performance improvement in a remote environment.
