What you will do

• Manage and scale a large team of therapists while ensuring high standards of care and productivity.
• Deploy clinical policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans for clinical growth and expansion.
• Monitor and report on clinical performance metrics to drive excellence in patient care and financial stewardship.
• Implement systems to streamline clinical workflows and optimize billing and reimbursement processes.
• Act as a liaison between clinical teams, administrative staff, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in operations at high-growth healthcare companies, banking, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably an MBA or degree in Healthcare Management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to execute operational tactics and measure impact.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to motivate diverse clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for in-office work and regional events.
