Location: Must be based in the US. Hybrid in Buffalo, NY or Carlsbad, CA, or remote from Lincoln, NE or Phoenix, AZ.
Salary: $26.42 - $33.02 per hour

What you will do
- Assess loss history and financial conditions to evaluate case risks.
- Review documentation for risk cases to determine acceptance viability.
- Perform preliminary reviews of complex submissions for errors and eligibility.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to finalize insurance applications.
- Gather and verify supplementary data using multiple databases.
- Manage inbound customer calls and process approved quotes through policy issuance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1 year of P&C underwriting or support experience required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service and collaborative skills.
Nice to have
- CPCU, CIC, CRIS, or Property & Casualty Brokers License.
