What you will do

• Support the delivery of programme activities across multiple workstreams.
• Assist in programme planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineering and cross-functional activities to ensure alignment.
• Contribute to status, financial, and risk reporting.
• Maintain programme documentation and governance records.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tewkesbury, UK.
• Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required.
• Experience in project or programme coordination or delivery support.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured engineering environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to aerospace or complex engineering projects.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with basic budgeting or project reporting tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard programme management software.
