TL;DR
Client Solutions Specialist (Sales): Supporting revenue growth by managing customer inquiries and preparing accurate service quotes with an accent on relationship building and communication volume management. Focus on coordinating between customers and technical teams to deliver customized testing and certification solutions.
Location: Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Marietta, GA five days a week. U.S. Persons Only (ITAR requirement).

What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining professional and timely communication.
- Prepare accurate, customized quote documents with a standard 24-hour turnaround.
- Coordinate and schedule Microsoft Teams meetings between customers and technical team members.
- Maintain and update customer information and quote data within the CRM system.
- Build long-term customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to maximize customer satisfaction and growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales support, sales processes, or quote preparation.
- U.S. Person status (Citizen, Green Card, Refugee, or Asylee) as required by ITAR export controls.
- Willingness to work onsite in Marietta, GA five days a week.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
