Client Solutions Specialist (Aerospace)

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Marietta, GA five days a week. U.S. Persons Only (ITAR requirement).

What you will do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining professional and timely communication.
• Prepare accurate, customized quote documents with a standard 24-hour turnaround.
• Coordinate and schedule Microsoft Teams meetings between customers and technical team members.
• Maintain and update customer information and quote data within the CRM system.
• Build long-term customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to maximize customer satisfaction and growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales support, sales processes, or quote preparation.
• U.S. Person status (Citizen, Green Card, Refugee, or Asylee) as required by ITAR export controls.
• Willingness to work onsite in Marietta, GA five days a week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
