Salary: $147,000–$164,000 (Base), OTE $294,000–$328,000.

What you will do

• Lead customer outreach, pipeline development, and capture efforts for DoW/IC portfolios.
• Develop and implement cohesive strategies for target organizations to drive long-term growth.
• Lead proposal efforts, including win themes, technical solution development, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance teams to ensure executable and compliant bids.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product technology roadmaps.
• Manage and track opportunities using internal tools and processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in aerospace/defense with 5+ years in Business Development.
• Demonstrated success capturing space business within the DoW.
• U.S. person status (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) required for export control compliance.
• Experience leading USG captures and proposal development.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience with remote sensing satellite development or mission operations.
• Previous Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility.
• Mission knowledge in Space Based Environmental Monitoring.
