What you will do

• Drive software contract renewals for assigned accounts across North America.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Executives and Order Management to execute the full quote-to-order process accurately.
• Proactively contact customers to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain precise account data, forecasts, and activity records within Salesforce.com.
• Monitor order processing flows and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.
• Track and report on non-renewals and cancellations to analyze churn reasons.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be based in Michigan, USA (Home MI).
