What you will do
- Drive software contract renewals for assigned accounts across North America.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Executives and Order Management to execute the full quote-to-order process accurately.
- Proactively contact customers to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain precise account data, forecasts, and activity records within Salesforce.com.
- Monitor order processing flows and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.
- Track and report on non-renewals and cancellations to analyze churn reasons.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be based in Michigan, USA (Home MI).
Nice to have
- Experience in inside sales or contract renewals, specifically within software solutions.
- Familiarity with back-end order flow and quote-to-order processes.
- Basic understanding of Systems technologies (e.g., structural analysis, CFD, and CAE workflows).
