What you will do

• Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams, ensuring accountable delivery across domains.
• Drive the adoption of Agentic AI in engineering workflows and product capabilities to improve productivity.
• Define and execute engineering strategies aligned with business goals and platform vision.
• Lead modernization initiatives, focusing on API-first and platform-led architecture.
• Partner with Product management to translate business priorities into executable engineering plans.
• Establish operational rigor and predictable execution through metrics and governance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 6+ years of managerial experience leading professional teams.
• Deep understanding of coding fundamentals, architecture, and design across multiple languages.
• Knowledge of AI-based development and a clear vision of outcomes achievable through AI.
• Advanced understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
