What you will do

• Lead the strategic vision and execution of the AWS Business Unit, with full accountability for $150M+ annual revenue.
• Develop a differentiated GTM strategy with AWS UK, focusing on data modernization, AI/ML, and multi-cloud enablement.
• Build and scale a dedicated practice of AWS practitioners, architects, engineers, and testing professionals.
• Forge and deepen relationships with AWS alliance and field sales teams to ensure tight collaboration on pursuits.
• Upskill the AWS workforce by enabling and tracking professional certifications and supporting career pathways.
• Represent hirify.global in the AWS partner ecosystem and at major industry events like AWS re:Invent.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in cloud consulting, technology transformation, or IT leadership.
• 10+ years of specific focus on AWS solutions, products, and services.
• Strong, trusted relationships with key AWS UKI senior leadership.
• Proven track record in managing the full lifecycle of cloud delivery, from sales to implementation.
• Demonstrated capability to build and scale a new business unit or practice, including hiring and capability building.
• Must be based in or have a strong recognized presence in the UK enterprise cloud market.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Professional Cloud Architect (or similar).
• Current AWS Ambassador status or the ambition to become one.
