What you will do

• Elicit and document business requirements for Finance, Accounting, and Trade Processing teams.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and AI-enabled tools to identify trends and gaps.
• Design and support visualizations and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Manage requirements, user stories, and delivery progress via JIRA and Confluence.
• Support UAT and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Must reside in Texas (TX) or North Carolina (NC).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Experience in financial services, investment operations, or capital markets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence in Agile environments.

Nice to have

• Deep exposure to trade processing, investment operations, or accounting workflows.
• Experience supporting large-scale business intelligence initiatives.
