What you will do

• Lead cross-team discovery and root cause analysis to identify and resolve systemic operational issues improving workflows.
• Design and deploy end-to-end automations using no/low-code tools like Zapier and AI agents to boost efficiency and customer experience.
• Build advanced queries, dashboards, and reports to monitor metrics, measure change impact, and highlight tech investment needs.
• Drive team data and AI literacy via training, mentorship, and demos for a self-sufficient culture.
• Standardize operational requests for tech partners to accelerate data-driven decisions.
• Execute critical processes ensuring SLA adherence and precision.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations or business operations.
• Experience with business and technical stakeholders as effective communicator.
• Process improvement experience required; strong attention to detail and systems thinking for root causes.
• Self-starter thriving in ambiguity with bias for action.
• Strong SQL (selecting, aggregation, filtering, joins, CTEs); AI prompting and workflows; no/low-code tools like Zapier, Gumloop, N8N.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Tableau a plus.
