What you will do

• Perform advanced data analytics to optimize loan origination, amount assignment, and pricing strategies.
• Own and enhance credit policy documentation to mitigate credit risk exposure.
• Design and monitor key KPIs to provide insights into the credit lifecycle.
• Collaborate with portfolio risk teams to manage performance within the organization's risk appetite.
• Develop business insights and communicate strategic proposals to C-level audiences.
• Work cross-functionally with Tech, Product, Sales, and Finance teams to lead new credit product initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, econometrics, decision sciences, or engineering).
• 3+ years of experience in performing credit analysis.
• Exceptional hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to translate raw data into polished recommendations for broad audiences.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by hybrid status and US benefits).
