What you will do
- Own staffing and planning for UK and new geography launches, developing critical guardrail metrics.
- Build forecasting models using time series, regression, and machine learning to support headcount, budgeting, and license planning.
- Develop demand forecasts for checkouts and app opens across various geographies including CA and UK.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to frame planning problems and drive high-quality operational decisions.
- Automate repetitive manual workflows to build durable, scalable systems.
- Present strategic recommendations to leadership and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research).
- 5+ years of experience solving forecasting, planning, or related quantitative problems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Proven experience integrating AI/LLM tooling into the analytics workflow for writing and validating code.

- Experience building optimization models using linear programming techniques (e.g., CPLEX, Gurobi).
