What you will do

• Become a hirify.global product expert, testing all platform functionality and documenting test cases with high attention to detail.
• Work with partner integrations team to configure integrations and map data across platforms.
• Partner with customer implementation team to create documentation on loan fulfillment workflows and product nuances.
• Stay aligned with engineering, product, and partner teams, updating on testing and integration status.
• Contribute to delivering industry-changing mortgage software to customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years in mortgage industry, navigating mortgage systems on operational/process or technical/IT side; Loan Origination Systems experience a big plus.
• Experience in pricing/secondary marketing (PPE configuration, lock desk, investor delivery, loan sale workflows, hedging) highly preferred for direct product impact.
• Highly technical: comfortable with engineers/product managers, reading API docs, data schemas, JSON/XML; hands-on with Postman, basic SQL, scripting a plus.
• Curious self-starter, detail-oriented team player excited to solve varied problems in early-stage environment.
