What you will do

• Manage strategic mid-market and enterprise customer relationships to drive adoption, retention, and value delivery.
• Lead success planning and deliver outcome-oriented QBRs/EBRs to align customer goals with platform capabilities.
• Monitor account health using data-driven insights and proactively lead coordinated risk mitigation efforts.
• Resolve complex escalations with a focus on maintaining long-term customer trust and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Support to influence renewal and expansion outcomes.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer by providing structured feedback to the Product team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
• At least 3 years in Customer Success, TAM, or support roles.
• Proven track record of managing executive-level stakeholders in complex accounts.
• Technical familiarity with internet and networking technologies.
• Proficiency in CRM and support tools such as Salesforce and Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
