Director Of Customer Success (AI): Leading the customer success organization in the Americas to ensure enterprise and startup customers realize maximum value from the AI-powered code review platform with an accent on post-sales strategy, scaling operations, and NRR/GRR growth. Focus on building high-performing CSM teams, optimizing the customer journey from onboarding to production, and advocating for customer needs to influence the product roadmap.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco
Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 OTE

What you will do
- Hire and develop a high-performing Customer Success Management team for the Americas.
- Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial onboarding to production scaling.
- Build strategic relationships with customers to understand and fulfill their business objectives.
- Create operational playbooks and knowledge bases to scale post-sales success.
- Manage a book of business with a focus on renewals, expansion, and churn risk forecasting.
- Champion customer needs internally to influence the product roadmap and improve user experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer success or account management, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Proven success in building and scaling customer-facing teams within high-growth technology companies.
- Technical competency to engage effectively with software development practitioners and CxO stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or Command of Message.
- Familiarity with the modern software development ecosystem, including Git, GitHub, and CI/CD.
- Business fluency in English and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

- Experience with code review processes and specialized tools.
- Background working with early-stage, high-growth, VC-backed startups.
- Knowledge of major cloud providers and cloud-native technologies.
- Familiarity with observability, RCA, and debugging practices.
