What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support for artists and production teams, including troubleshooting connection issues.
• Assist with onboarding new joiners and setting up their accounts and hardware.
• Configure and maintain workstations across macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and software licenses across studio systems.
• Maintain office technology, including cable management and workstation organization.
• Support general IT operations and escalate complex issues to senior engineering staff.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work from the studio.
