What you will do
- Provide day-to-day technical support for artists and production teams, including troubleshooting connection issues.
- Assist with onboarding new joiners and setting up their accounts and hardware.
- Configure and maintain workstations across macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and software licenses across studio systems.
- Maintain office technology, including cable management and workstation organization.
- Support general IT operations and escalate complex issues to senior engineering staff.
Requirements
- Must be based in London or able to work from the studio.
- Keen interest in technology and IT systems.
- Willingness to learn and work across macOS, Linux, and Windows.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Organized and dependable with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy studio.
