What you will do

• Drive end-to-end collaboration platform integration for acquisitions, including user, channel, and configuration migrations.
• Own Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom architecture, governance, and day-to-day operations at multi-entity scale.
• Manage email security infrastructure, including DMARC/SPF/DKIM hygiene and threat response.
• Oversee a multi-brand domain portfolio and lead DNS migrations and audits.
• Architect compliant archiving and eDiscovery solutions to meet regulatory obligations.
• Build automation and repeatable playbooks to streamline future M&A integrations.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience administering Google Workspace and Slack for 1,000+ users.
• Proven track record of leading technology migrations in an M&A or systems-consolidation context.
• Solid expertise in email security, DNS administration, and domain portfolio management.
• Direct experience with compliance workflows, legal holds, and eDiscovery tools.
• Ability to operate end-to-end under the time pressure of deal-driven timelines.
• Must be located in one of the approved countries listed in the location section.

Nice to have

• Experience with Global Relay, Smarsh, or Virtru archiving platforms.
• Familiarity with Okta integration patterns.
• Background in regulated industries like financial services or fintech.
