What you will do
- Proactively take initiative to drive pipeline growth and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct meaningful conversations to generate a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with SDR peers and Sales partners to share knowledge and best practices.
- Adapt outreach strategies to each account based on the competitive landscape.
- Manage your calendar and prioritize tasks effectively to maximize productivity.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid).
- Proven success as an Outbound SDR or in a similar sales role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, outbound prospecting tools, and sales engagement platforms.
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
