What you will do

  • Proactively take initiative to drive pipeline growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct meaningful conversations to generate a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with SDR peers and Sales partners to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Adapt outreach strategies to each account based on the competitive landscape.
  • Manage your calendar and prioritize tasks effectively to maximize productivity.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid).
  • Proven success as an Outbound SDR or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, outbound prospecting tools, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
