What you will do

• Process benefit and compensation requests in accordance with internal company policies.
• Manage and validate payroll input data and maintain records in the ITFin system.
• Communicate with contractors regarding payroll inquiries and clarifications.
• Maintain and update contractor data in internal systems to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and control payroll-related reports and documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation flow and record-keeping for audit readiness.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in payroll or accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Intermediate+ English level.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience working with individual contractors and understanding of Ukrainian tax requirements.
• Experience in the automation of payroll-related processes.
