Head of Finance

Location: Hybrid work in Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Own budget preparation, financial planning, management reporting, and financial processes.
• Manage liquidity, cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and daily financial activities.
• Work with international banks and payment providers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate KYC and AML processes, audits, and external consultants.
• Control KPIs and plan-versus-actual performance while contributing to finance process automation.
• Coordinate the finance and accounting team and support the CFO in decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or FP&A.
• Strong expertise in treasury and liquidity management, including international banking operations.
• Experience supporting companies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with budgeting, financial planning, reporting, IFRS, and ERP or accounting systems.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; ACCA, ACA, or CPA qualification, or progress toward one.
