What you will do

• Manage payroll for 50+ contractors in multiple currencies, including crypto and FX conversions.
• Handle invoice validation, vendor management, and payment approvals.
• Execute month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports.
• Monitor expenses and support budgeting processes to identify cost optimizations.
• Coordinate with auditors and external accountants to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive accounting process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting, IFRS/GAAP, and statutory reporting.
• Experience in fintech environments and multi-currency accounting.
• Proficiency with accounting platforms and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with tax compliance and auditors.
• English and Russian language proficiency required.
