What you will do

  • Drive overall client and end-customer experience, measuring success through satisfaction levels and tactical leadership.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for clients within hirify.global, representing a consolidated view of the organization to stakeholders.
  • Develop long-term strategic partnerships with key client executives to drive ROI and trust.
  • Collaborate with delivery management to design and implement new performance metrics and scorecards.
  • Influence the hirify.global technology and servicing capabilities roadmap using client input and industry trends.
  • Lead and coordinate dedicated core teams within a matrix environment to ensure project delivery and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, finance, accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in relationship management, consulting, or strategic advisory leadership.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Topeka, KS (Hybrid).
  • Strong understanding of the life insurance industry, with a preference for experience in Annuities.
  • Proven ability to lead employees effectively within a matrix organizational structure.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 25% depending on client needs.
