Location: Hybrid in Lehi, Utah. Must be based in one of the following US states: AZ, ID, UT, WY, TX, NC, FL, GA, SC, OH, PA, IL.

Salary: $55,800 - $88,100 a year

What you will do

• Manage team performance, provide coaching, and oversee the full employee lifecycle, including hiring and training.
• Ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds monthly metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of ResidentUtility products and optimize internal workflows and SOPs.
• Act as the primary contact for customer escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client needs.
• Integrate GenAI tools into deliverables while exercising critical judgment to ensure factual accuracy and data governance.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and accountability skills with the ability to lead and develop team members.
• Basic understanding of utility provider billing, legal processes, and general accounting practices.
• Ability to deliver quality results under strict deadlines and identify areas for process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states: Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Illinois.

Nice to have

• 1-3 years of experience managing and coaching team members in a professional setting.
• Prior experience in property management or utility billing.
