Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive structured relationship governance with major custodians, asset managers, and technology vendors.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive, per-custodian operational playbook to standardize onboarding and configurations.
- Align custodial infrastructure with the platform to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience for advisors.
- Serve as the primary escalation path for technical issues, including FIX session disruptions and file delivery delays.
- Coordinate go-to-market rollouts and report partnership performance and roadmap alignment to leadership.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in relationship or partner management within financial services, fintech, or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of custodial operations, including FIX and SFTP integrations and data adapters.
- Proven ability to develop operational playbooks and lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Wakefield, MA
Nice to have
- Prior experience working at a major custodian or broker-dealer.
- Familiarity with wealth management platforms, TAMPs, or managed account technology.
- Experience managing FIX connectivity or SFTP infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Jira for issue tracking and program management.
