What you will do

  • Hire and lead a diverse team of Technical Account Managers to meet customer and company objectives.
  • Implement personalized development and career plans for team members to foster long-term growth.
  • Ensure customer workloads on the hirify.global platform scale healthily by deeply understanding specific use cases.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Service Delivery teams to align with sales-led growth strategies.
  • Advocate for customer challenges and opportunities to Product and Engineering leadership.
  • Mitigate customer risks and manage high-level technical escalations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience in pre-sales or engineering.
  • 4+ years of direct front-line management experience (hiring, training, and retaining talent).
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales role.
  • Expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Science, BI, or Cloud Computing.
  • Hands-on experience with hirify.global; SnowPro Core certification is strongly preferred.
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
