What you will do

• Oversee the Photogrammetric Digital Delivery team, managing and reviewing 5 to 15 direct reports.
• Manage Image Correction production timeframes through strategic task assignment and tracking.
• Establish and maintain technical procedures and workflows to increase production efficiencies.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on resource projections and project scheduling to ensure timely completion.
• Validate and develop QA/QC procedures to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and reduce edit calls.
• Act as the Technical Lead for Photogrammetric projects and new initiatives involving image accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Extensive experience with process improvement cycles, specifically Kaizen and Lean production.
• Proven problem-solving skills and experience with product testing and R&D.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and meetings between departments and management.
