What you will do

• Lead, coach, and performance manage a sales team to consistently exceed revenue quotas.
• Conduct weekly 1-on-1s and sales meetings to drive individual growth and team motivation.
• Monitor and analyze team KPIs to identify and implement scalable improvements to sales processes.
• Review sales conversations to provide actionable feedback on qualifying and closing techniques.
• Foster a transparent, inclusive, and achievement-oriented team culture.
• Document and share successful sales plays and training materials across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management.
• Proven experience working within a contact center environment.
• Strong sales acumen with a consistent track record of quota achievement.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
