Salary: $70,304 base, total compensation up to $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a sales force of 10-25 representatives and Area Managers.
• Present and sell company floorplan products and services to current and potential clients.
• Create action plans and schedules to identify targets and project contact volumes.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with independent and franchise dealerships.
• Analyze sales activity, closings, and adherence to goals via status reports.
• Implement special sales activities to reduce dealer attrition and participate in trade shows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
• Must live in the assigned Northern California region.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sales software.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to visit auto dealers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
