TL;DR

Account Executive (Cloud Intelligence): Driving new business growth across Startup, Digital Native, and Enterprise segments in Central-Eastern Europe with an accent on solution pitching and end-to-end deal management. Focus on building strategic partnerships with AWS and closing complex technical partnerships in the multicloud market.

Location: Remote. Must be based in Germany, Estonia, Austria, Romania, Poland, or Czech Republic

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle to consistently meet and exceed quota and pipeline targets.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to identify high-growth opportunities in CEE.
  • Cultivate co-selling relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to maximize market share.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to solve complex technical hurdles for prospects.
  • Manage forecast accuracy in Salesforce and ensure high-caliber proposal standards.
  • Travel (30-50%) to engage with AWS teams, attend industry events, and meet customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products.
  • Proven track record of selling cloud services and understanding consumption-based models.
  • In-depth understanding of the cloud computing market and a passion for AWS products.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in at least one CEE language (e.g., Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or Greek).
  • Residency in Germany, Estonia, Austria, Romania, Poland, or Czech Republic.

Nice to have

  • Established regional network and relationships with Startups, VC, and Technology communities.
  • Direct experience selling AWS cloud products and services.
  • Relevant Cloud Certifications.
