TL;DR
Key Account Manager (FMCG): Managing key FMCG accounts across Spain and Portugal to drive sustainable growth and build long-term partnerships with an accent on commercial ownership and strategic account expansion. Focus on negotiating pricing agreements, preparing sales forecasts, and aligning cross-functional internal stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid, must be based near Nules, Spain; regular travel across Spain and Portugal is expected.

What you will do
- Manage and expand a portfolio of FMCG customers across local and national accounts in Spain and Portugal.
- Identify, target, and win new clients while increasing product penetration within existing accounts.
- Lead the 3-year sales plan, annual budgets, and monthly/annual forecasts for the region.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements in line with internal company policies.
- Utilize Salesforce to track opportunities, threats, and manage client visit reporting.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, coordinating with Supply, Quality, NPD, Finance, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within FMCG or technical sales.
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Office suite and CRM/BI tools such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Vendavo, or Power BI.
- Ability to be based near the Nules factory for close internal collaboration.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage confidently with CEOs and founders.
