What you will do

• Partner with ChatGPT Business teams to shape product strategy, growth priorities, and investment tradeoffs.
• Own revenue, usage, and margin forecasts, including unit economics and operating metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing on product-led growth (PLG) initiatives and pricing experiments.
• Translate complex product usage and customer behavior data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build planning and performance systems, including KPI architectures and decision frameworks.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality financial and strategic materials for executive and Board reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or strategic/product finance.
• Operating experience at a fast-paced, scaling technology company.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including product P&Ls and cohort/funnel analyses.
• Experience with PLG, SaaS, or consumption-based business models.
• Proficiency in SQL for working directly with product analytics datasets.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
