What you will do
- Lead and evolve the project controlling framework, governance, and financial processes across the business.
- Establish clear financial ownership and escalation paths to ensure strong project performance.
- Act as a strategic finance business partner to senior leadership on portfolio health, risks, and opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end financial management including revenue recognition, margin, EAC, and cash flow.
- Identify and manage financial risks while ensuring compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Coach and develop project controlling teams, fostering accountability and capability development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in project controlling or finance, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in project financial management (EAC, revenue recognition, long-term contracts).
- Proficiency with ERP/SAP systems, forecasting models, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence for board-level audiences.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
