What you will do

• Lead the month-end close process and deliver accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial projections.
• Partner with operations and project teams to support cost control and resource optimization.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, cash management, and fixed assets.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of sales, use, and property tax compliance.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
