Salary: $95,000–$105,000 yearly

What you will do

• Assume full accountability for the financial functions and reporting of the Houston Factory.
• Prepare financial statements, audits, and reports including POC, WIP, sales, and tax data.
• Analyze financial and job costing data to identify variance drivers and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the factory manager on operational POC forecasts and future financial planning.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to support the financial infrastructure.
• Oversee the performance and utilization of administrative personnel in AR and AP.

Requirements

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or minimum 5 years of experience in senior cost accounting positions required.
• Strong understanding of financial directives, policies, and accounting ethics.
• Ability to work directly with factory management to provide operational data.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
