What you will do

• Audit freight invoices against customer contracts and carrier agreements to ensure rate alignment.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and manage balance dues with carriers and customers.
• Process and validate invoices using TMS platforms and internal audit systems in line with SLAs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for audit and freight payment inquiries.
• Maintain detailed documentation of audit findings, adjustments, and communications.
• Support new customer implementations regarding audit and billing setup requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in freight audit and payment processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Foundational understanding of transportation operations, including carrier contracts and pricing structures.
• Experience with multiple transportation modes (LTL, Truckload, Bulk, Drayage, Rail, and international).
