What you will do

• Manage inventory levels at NOAA's National Logistics Support Center using the Consolidated Logistics System (CLS).
• Develop and review engineering and maintenance documentation for surface equipment and hydrologic programs.
• Handle material procurement, including soliciting quotes and developing Credit Card Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate MILSTRIP acquisitions and manage the distribution and disposition of materiel.
• Establish project goals, monitor budgets, and track project expenditures.
• Lead project-related meetings and maintain comprehensive system documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in logistics.
• Experience with the logistics framework (requisitioning, processing, and tracking), specifically MILSTRIP.
• Knowledge of military supply chain procedures.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Location: Onsite in Silver Spring, MD.
