What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and approximately 160 monthly shipments.
- Coordinate shipment coverage, monitor track & trace, and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with carriers, shippers, and receivers.
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly KPIs for assigned accounts.
- Handle detention information and obtain approval for expedited shipments.
- Identify performance patterns to recommend improvements for shippers and carriers.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree.
- Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) for shipment tracking.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico for onsite work.
Nice to have
- 1 year of logistics experience.
- Knowledge of dashboard systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
