What you will do

• Coordinate global EHS office program activities and governance meetings.
• Develop and execute EHS communications and engagement strategies across all levels of the organization.
• Drive consistency and standardization across global EHS office processes and tools.
• Establish and manage EHS requirements for future office builds and healthy office initiatives.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments in corporate offices and industrial data center sites.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to support global sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in EHS and leading employee engagement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) field or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical expertise as an EHS generalist across safety, occupational health, and sustainability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical information.
• Proven experience using data analytics and performance metrics to drive operational value.
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice to have

• Professional fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic.
• Advanced degrees and/or EHS certifications (CSP, CHMM, OSHA 30, ASP, etc.).
