What you will do

• Prepare and deliver new and renewal service contract offerings.
• Review contracts and sales order forms for completeness, accuracy, and approved terms.
• Manage contract database updates and ensure accurate data entry for order booking.
• Coordinate with finance staff to ensure proper billing and collection of contractual revenue.
• Perform contract analysis and partner with business teams to increase maintenance renewal rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Unrestricted work authorization for the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle and Quicksight Reports.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
