TL;DR

Location: Remote anywhere in Canada

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

What you will do

  • Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment across all departments.
  • Track and analyze critical SaaS metrics, including NDR, LTV:CAC, and Rule of 40, to provide deep business insights.
  • Administer and evolve the FP&A platform (Planful), scenario planning, and automated reporting.
  • Act as a financial advisor to department heads to help manage budgets and understand strategic financial impacts.
  • Deliver board-ready reporting packages highlighting variances, trends, and executive summaries.
  • Support pricing strategy, investor relations, fundraising, and M&A activities.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
  • CPA designation is required.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency with Planful and Xero.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or Fintech environments.
  • Proactive approach to automating manual workflows, including building and maintaining AI agents.
