What you will do

• Manage end-to-end AR and AP processes, including invoice processing and aging oversight.
• Handle short and long-term cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations.
• Lead the annual budget cycle, track actuals, and report variance commentary.
• Prepare auditable close packages, post journal entries, and maintain trial balance accuracy.
• Perform consolidation reporting and monitor lender covenant compliance.
• Support audits and provide financial analysis for the leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate reporting and FP&A.
• Practical experience with NetSuite billing workflows and reporting.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis.
• Professional level of English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid work arrangement.

• Fluency in Spanish.
