What you will do

• Establish solid business partnerships with leaders across the organization.
• Prepare, improve, and streamline budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Perform deep monthly and quarterly analysis and scorecarding against budgets and forecasts.
• Deliver accurate and timely month-end variance and management reporting.
• Provide analytical support and financial guidance to facilitate senior leadership's decision-making.
• Lead ad hoc projects, including the assessment of new business activities or process changes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and proven experience with financial modeling.
• Track record in a business partner or corporate FP&A role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all management levels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Pigment planning tool.
• Knowledge or experience working within a customer support organization.
