Salary: $125,000 — $150,000 CAD

What you will do

• Act as the primary Finance Business Partner for Product and Engineering, supporting annual planning and quarterly forecasts.
• Drive the R&D and cloud hosting (COGS) budget process and analyze cost variances to optimize business performance.
• Develop disaggregated P&L reporting at the product level to track unit economics and investment efficiency.
• Lead financial modeling and analysis for product-centric M&A opportunities, including due diligence and integration.
• Partner with leadership to size investments and define expected ROI during the product roadmap cycle.
• Implement and leverage modern planning dashboards (Pigment) and AI tools to improve decision velocity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of finance experience, specifically in FP&A or finance/operations roles.
• Proven experience within a SaaS business model and a global company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Proficiency in advanced planning systems such as Pigment or Adaptive.
• Must be based in Canada.
• CPA, CFA, or CBV designation is considered an asset.
